In evaluating potential projects to fund, priority is given to projects that include collaboration across multiple ministry partners to reduce redundancy and promote efficiency; that are locally driven and sustainable; and that demonstrate quality in terms of planning, leadership, experience, and depth and breadth of discipleship approaches.

Priority is also given to pastoral training or investment in leaders, follow-up to effective evangelism work, translation of Scripture or Scripture use (discipleship) materials, and church planting efforts, with the aim to facilitate work that has the greatest potential for Kingdom impact. Infrastructure projects (buildings and vehicles) are generally excluded.
